So I’ve taken a bit of a hiatus for the last month. What with Christmas and New Years, and then recovering from both I’ve needed some time.
That being said, you guys have been busy. Way to put me to shame.
What can I say, I’ve got a weakness for Lemony Deserts, at in Healthy and I’m a goner. Head over to Ms. Toody Goo Shoes to check out these fabulous goodies.
So apparently today is a lemony kind of day, and hello fresh homemade lemon curd… what can I say.
For years I have wanted to learn how to knit. This post just re confirmed that.
When Laura says how important it is to have “one place to record appointments, schedule your to-do list, write down notes and ideas, remember important dates, and keep track of your family’s schedule and appointments if vital to long term success” she is so write.
I’m a planner girl, and although I use mine daily and couldn’t function without my calendar and day planner, Laura had some suggestions that I absolutely LOVED and will be applying immediately.
What can I say. I’m in love. So much so in fact that I’m currently trying to figure out where I can put this beauty just so I can make one for myself… hmm thinking….
OK so the reasons this appeals to me:
1) I come form a family of sewers, and have been quilting since I was 16
2) I’ve developed a love affair with wood
3) It’s stunning
So tell me, are you a lemon person? Do you knit (any tips for a beginner if you do)? How do you keep your life organized? And do you love the Wood Quilt as much as I do, what’s your faviourate part?
Let me know, I’d love to hear from you.If you where featured here today, please feel free to grab the Featured button from my buttons page or just grab it from here.
